We collect account details, login information, billing status, support messages, and the website or content inputs you submit to run SEO workflows. Payment details are handled by Stripe and are not stored directly by SEGOAT.

We use information to provide audits, reports, rankings, content workflows, billing, security checks, support, fraud prevention, and product improvements.
Integrations
When you connect third-party services, SEGOAT stores only what is needed to operate that integration. Social tokens are encrypted and scoped to your account.
Sharing
We share data with service providers that help operate SEGOAT, including hosting, authentication, analytics, payments, email, and infrastructure providers. We do not sell personal information.
Retention
We keep information while your account is active and as needed for security, legal, billing, backup, and operational requirements. You can request deletion by contacting support.
